At Kiddo.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Not show signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.
- Personal-use items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or another mutually agreed method.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Kiddo.pk will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns requested for reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return process.
Damaged Parcels
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier and contact Kiddo.pk immediately with supporting photos.
