2. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

3. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.

5. How can I place an order?

Simply:

  • Browse our products.
  • Select your preferred size and color.
  • Add the item to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping details.
  • Confirm your order.
6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use it to track your parcel through the courier's tracking system.

7. Can I exchange a product if the size doesn't fit?

Yes. Size exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue
9. How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the Size Guide available on our product pages. If you're unsure, our customer support team will be happy to help you choose the right size.
